East certainly exceeded our expectations. Its clever design and flow allowed my family to feel connected but not crowded. The large patio was great for watching and listening to the ocean when we were not having fun in the pool. Everything was in pristine condition!! What you see is definitely what you get! What you cannot see is the awesome service! From booking to check out the service was exceptional! Karen with her bubbly personality and infectious laugh made me feel so welcomed from our first conversation that I made the reservation there and then! Next up was Errol, who greeted and checked us in ensuring that we were comfortable and all set. Their can-do attitudes and positive energy just set the tone for the amazing experience ahead of us. Love East because they are extremely well designed for easy living. Their location is also wonderful for a complete change of scenery and off easy access to the East Coast. We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends in two houses and we had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular. Large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Nice, big kitchen to cook in with an outdoor barbecue also available. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Before we checked in, I was contacted by Nishan, our Concierge, to let us know the check-in procedure and agree on a time to meet us at the property. The process was simple and seamless. The villa has a great layout, with lots of storage space, quality appliances and finishes along with views that are stunning. Simply put, a slice of heaven. Even before I checked in, my personal Concierge made contact to ensure my seamless check-in. Because Nishan knew it was my birthday he had little treats awaiting my arrival. So thoughtful!! The villa is beautifully laid out and the views are amazing. During my stay all the staff we so friendly and they really made me feel at home. I would like to thank the GM Chris, the villa liaison Mike, my concierge Nishan, the security Ezekiel and the super bubbly waitress over at the Crane Susan for making my stay one of the best I've had.
